Impulse heat sealers are suitable for small packing of all types of thermoplastic film. The heat sealers are easy to operate and have a variable sealing time setting.

200mm width - Maximum seal length , Seals up to 200 microns of polythene film
300mm width - Maximum seal length - Seals up to 250 microns of polythene film
400mm width - Maximum seal length - Seals up to 300 microns of polythene film
500mm width - Maximum seal length - Seals up to 300 microns of polythene film

This is a low cost entry level shrink wrapping system kit suitable for small businesses that need to be able shrink wrap packages in a bag with a seal up to 450mm in length.

The kit includes a 450mm shrink wrapping heat sealer , an unrolling device with a film separator bar, a table and a multi-speed hot air gun. Select your size of shrink film from our Polythene Products Section.

All you have to do is buy the kit, quickly set it up on the table that is provided and you can be ready to start shrink wrapping your goods in a matter of minutes.

The Instapak range of foam in place machinery is designed to produce on-line production of protective polyurethane foam packages. The machinery is suitable for precision cushioning, high speed void fill or heavy duty blocking and bracing. Instapak foam expands up to 280 times its liquid volume saving valuable warehouse space and can be reused by the recipient of the package.

The Instapacker Tabletop foam-in-bag packaging machine offers all the usual benefits of foam-in-bag packaging including reduced material and storage costs as well as a compact tabletop design that saves valuable workspace.

The Instapacker Tabletop foam-in-bag machine is suitable for packaging small sized items of a similar size and is compatible with all Instapak foams.

The machine boasts 10 preset touch keys on the control panel to easily control the amount of foam used and there are also simple diagnostic indicators to show the operator the system's status. To further simplify handling the machine uses a roll of perforated film with a fixed bag size. There is also an option for running continuous bags and one for setting an adjustable time delay (3 or 6 seconds) between bags so production can be timed to the speed of the operator.
